The Wanda Foundation seeks to help improve access to housing and the price of rental housing by matching underutilised inner city locations with tiny home owners and occupiers and potential tenants. 

​

Hobart's housing situation is dire, with urgent action needed to bring additional new homes to the rental market in particular.  While the homes provided through this program are not permanent in their location (leases are two years only), every new roof brought to the market is another potential home.
